Terms and Conditions for In-Person Workshops

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the workshop provider:

Karolína Molinari
Business ID (IČO): 66482259
Registered address: Votavova 323/14, 190 14 Prague 9 – Klánovice, Czech Republic

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)

and the person attending the workshop (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).

By submitting a registration form and paying the workshop fee, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Workshop Registration

Workshop registrations are binding.

A place at the workshop is confirmed only once full or partial payment has been received in the Provider’s bank account, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The number of places is limited. The Provider reserves the right to decline a registration if the workshop has reached full capacity.

3. Workshop Fees

The workshop fee is specified in the description of each individual event.

The fee includes participation in the workshop programme and any additional services explicitly listed in the event description.

Unless otherwise stated, the fee does not include transportation, accommodation, or meals.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made by the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.

If payment is not received by the specified deadline, the Provider may cancel the reservation and offer the place to another applicant.

5. Cancellation Policy

If a Participant is unable to attend a workshop, they must notify the Provider as soon as possible.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • More than 21 days before the workshop: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • 14–20 days before the workshop: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • 7 days or less before the workshop: A cancellation fee of 100% of the workshop price applies. No refund will be issued.

The date on which the Provider receives the cancellation notice determines the applicable cancellation conditions.

6. Transfer of Participation

Participants may transfer their workshop place to another person.

The Provider must be informed of the change at least 24 hours before the workshop begins.

No cancellation fee will apply in this case.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop, particularly in the following circumstances:

  • Illness of the facilitator

  • Unexpected operational circumstances

  • Force majeure or circumstances beyond the Provider’s control

  • Insufficient number of registered participants

In such cases, Participants will be offered either:

  • An alternative workshop date, or

  • A full refund of the amount paid.

Participants are not entitled to compensation for additional expenses, such as transportation, accommodation, or loss of income.

8. Health and Personal Responsibility

Participation in workshops is voluntary and undertaken at the Participant’s own responsibility.

Participants must inform the Provider in advance of any health conditions or limitations that may be relevant to their participation.

Where a workshop includes breathwork, somatic practices, or other therapeutic techniques, Participants confirm that they have familiarised themselves with any relevant contraindications.

The workshops are not intended to replace professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Rules of Participation

The Provider reserves the right to terminate the participation of anyone whose behaviour disrupts the workshop or poses a risk to other Participants.

In such cases, no refund of the workshop fee will be provided.

10. Photography and Video Recordings

Photographs or short video recordings may be taken during workshops for the Provider’s promotional purposes.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should inform the Provider before the workshop begins.

Participants may make their own audio or video recordings only with the Provider’s prior consent.

11. Personal Data Protection

Participants’ personal data is processed solely for the purposes of organising workshops, communicating with Participants, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Further information about the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy published on the Provider’s website.

12. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date of their publication.

The Provider reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions. Each reservation remains subject to the version in effect on the date the reservation was made.

All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
